Service Description

A supportive and creative environment for pregnant women. We will explore issues such as : emotional changes during pregnancy, bonding and welcoming your baby, nurturing and taking care of yourself, using your creativity in your parenting, emotional baby proofing your relationship. Each class there will be time to check in and we will have a photo session, creative activities and self care practices.
