Adventures in Sewing

Service Description

Come join us for the Sewing Adventures Series, every other Monday night from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. You’ll learn how to make different kinds of seams, how to work with polar fleece to make warm winter hats, mittens and slippers, how to sew zippers, make buttonholes and how to work with straps to make a fanny pack or work belt. Choose from over a dozen beginner & intermediate sewing projects that you’ll most likely be able to finish within a 3-hour class. Add reflective and fluorescent vinyl to your wearables to help keep you safe in the streets both day and night! Leave the four class series with beautiful napkins, a tote bag, a warm winter hat or a pair of mittens! All materials will be provided, although you’re welcome to bring your own projects as well.
